I recommended this hotel day 1 of staying to friends . 10/10

I love the location of the Linq hotel, it is central and walking distance to most things. I was shocked to see the extra charges upon check in and that they were going to charge $20 a day to have a fridge in your room. I guess they are trying to recoup money from Covid etc, but not as much of a bargain as it used to be. Hotel itself was great as were the staff, but I feel I may have been able to find an upgraded hotel for the price we ended up paying. Still had a great time though, just a little shocked with the costs.

Staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is fairly clean. It seems to be a bit dated. Our toilet kept making loud noises. Be aware that there is a mini fridge but they will charge you $75 to use it since all the items in there are weighted and charged.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

There are some improvements, but renovations drag on (they've been going on now for years) and there are still some serious deficiencies.

Prime location. Connected to shopping mall and high level restaurants. Within walking distance of other restaurants and speakeasies that make Brickell special and busy. Love the amenities in the hotel (pool and fitness center and restaurant on site were great). Great hotel
