While the staff was nice, it felt understaffed to support individuals staying there. Restaurant / bar was not always open when they should and did not have all services I would expect from a four star. Location was great to get to ski and the lake is beautiful from property but missing amenities made it not worth the price we paid.

We booked online, the photos are impressive, but the room was small for 2 people and the price was a little high for what they offer in the facilities. The heating has no control and it was very hot!

Excellent and unique stay

Beautiful setting on the lake. It's all about that view. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. So many good things to say. The only things that would make this a 10/10 is cushions for the chairs on our private terrace, cleaning the beach lounger cushions which were very stained and cleaning off the ash from the restaurant cushions. They were covered in ash from the fire. Also, people kept walking across the private terrace in front of our room! There needs to be better signage. Overall though I would definitely recommend this hotel. Probably our best in Patagonia.

Muito bom, recomendo!

Banheiro com odor ruim. O motorista que indicaram para transfer não pareceu muito gentil à primeira vista, pois nem sequer estendeu a mão em reciprocidade quando o encontrei e fui cumprimentá-lo. Ademais, pareceu querer tirar vantagem quando ofereceu receber o valor do serviço em real brasileiro. Explico. Em ARS$ cobrava 30 mil; em R$ cobrava 200 reais; ou seja, queria cobrar muito mais caro pra receber em real brasileiro. Isso foi algo que despertou desconfiança. Enfim, apesar dos pesares, voltaria a me hospedar no hotel, pois as vantagens (principalmente a localização e a vista) superaram os pontos negativos.

Decepcionado por ter levado minha família

Me hospedei pela segunda vez no hotel visto que a primeira experiência havia sido muito boa, infelizmente levei toda minha família para esse segundo momento e tivemos vários problemas com quartos barulhentos, roupa de cama suja, atendentes sem uniforme e se quer faziam o fogo na lareira. Parece que o hotel perdeu o brilho que tinha, com pessoas desmotivadas e sem vontade de estar ali. Torço que busquem se requalificar, melhorar o café da manhã e trazer novamente a qualidade que o hotel merece.

Vista incrível , custo benefício duvidoso

Hotel é bonito, pois tem uma vista incrível do lago . Tem ambientes com lareiras e bem aconchegantes . Café é bem saboroso: come médialunas, pães , algumas frutas , café , iogurtes , bolos, etc. Mas não é aquela variedade de hotéis que temos do Brasil. Tem opção de janta de ué Piscina não é quente, apenas “não fria”. Quartos tem calefação ruim e ficam quente demais mesmo com o aquecedor fechado e umidade na janela pingando . Tem uma estrutura mais antiga e tudo faz barulho: elevador , pessoas no corredor , som na recepção. Mas a decepção foi uma festa até meia noite no Wine bar do hotel com DJ para um público externo de jovens. Não dava para dormir e mesmo com reclamação não cessou barulho. Algo muito incômodo pelo preço pago nesta época do ano para um hotel que se diz de contato com natureza e descanso. A gerente disse que não esperavam que isso iria atrapalhar. Lembro que em Bariloche precisamos acordar cedo para os passeios e ski.
