They have 2 hotels and seem to be sending people out between the two of them. Staff very friendly, accomodation itself is average. Breakfast quite ok.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It’s located within the main street and it’s surrounded by a lot of streets and dining options. The hotel itself it’s awful. It’s way to expensive for the quality and property conditions. My room had a lot of areas where the painting was coming off or the wall was cracked. The reception lady that helped me with the check in was awful. I had to wait for more than 45 mins to be able to do check in. The buffet breakfast is ok but definitely not worth the price. I would recommend to stay somewhere else.

Experiência extremamente decepcionante!

Estive hospedado no hotel nos dias 26 e 27 de julho de 2025 e infelizmente minha experiência foi muito abaixo do esperado. O aquecedor do quarto simplesmente não funcionava e, ao relatar o problema, a única alternativa oferecida foi um aquecedor portátil que não foi suficiente para aquecer o ambiente. Solicitei a troca de quarto, mas meu pedido foi negado. Além disso, a luz do quarto caía constantemente, tornando a estadia ainda mais desconfortável. Passei as duas noites com frio, sem qualquer solução adequada por parte da equipe do hotel. Esperava um mínimo de conforto e suporte, mas infelizmente não tive nenhuma das duas coisas. Uma experiência que certamente não pretendo repetir e que me faz repensar futuras indicações do local.

Hotel.muito bem localizado; café da manhã ótimo (café, leite, iogurtes, pães, bolos, ovos mexidos, frios etc); precisar melhorar as fechaduras das portas (parte da fechadura bem desgastada); quarto triplo para 4 pessoas acomoda mas não é grande como aparenta nas.fotos; o hotel poderia providenciar ganchos nas paredes dos quartos e dos banheiro para pendurar toalhas de banho apos uso e agasalhos, isso ajudaria muito. Os aquecedores nos quartos e no banheiro amenizaram o frio. Serviço de quarto ótimo, hotel cheiroso, limpo. Partes comuns e banheiros renovados.

A localização é excelente! Sentimos falta de ar-condicionado e, por incrível que pareça, sentimos calor e precisamos abrir a janela enquanto estivemos no quarto. Não sei como ficam no verão. A cama é bem mole e deu a impressão de serem duas camas de solteiro juntas. O banheiro é muito apertado.

Muito bom

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, bem na Rua Mitre no centro da cidade, todo reformado, limpo, troca de lençóis e toalhas diárias, café da manhã bom, a área do restaurante fica aberta durante todo o dia para quem quiser esquentar algo no microondas ou utilizar louças e talheres, bebedouro disponível para encher garrafas com água quente ou natural.

Localização perfeita, quarto confortável, com aquecimento ótimo no hotel todo, café da manhã excelente, produtos de qualidade e reposição constante, limpeza impecável, e uma cortesia que amamos: tem chá da tarde a partir das 15 horas todos os dias, com chá e medialunas!! Uma delícia!! Além disso, tem água fria e quente disponível dia e noite no local onde é servido o café da manhã e o chá da tarde!! Simplesmente sensacional!! Voltaríamos nós hospedar com certeza!! El hotel está perfectamente ubicado en la cella central de Bariloche, rodeado de tiendas, farmacias y restaurantes. El desayuno es muy variado y delicioso. Excelente relación precio/calidad. El baño un poco pequeño, pero justo para el precio.

Lugar para conocer.

Sacrificamos calidad por comodidad, porque la ubicación del hotel era perfecta, solo que por las noches había mucho escándalo, ademas de la cantida de personas que habia en las calles, seguro por estar de vacaciones.

Excelente Localização

Hotel simples mas muito bem localizado no centro turístico de Bariloche. Bom atendimento e bom café da manhã. O único ponto negativo é a falta de estacionamento pois é muito difícil de encontrar vagas nas proximidades.

Hotel para hospedagem rápida

O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente, a localização do hotel é perfeita, pois, fica na rua principal de Bariloche e permitia fazer tudo a pé e desde cafés, lanchonetes, restaurantes, aluguéis de roupas, tudo mesmo era de acesso rápido e fácil e isso nos permitiu otimizar muito nosso tempo. Em relação ao quarto ele era MUITO menor do que imaginávamos pelos comentários anteriores, não tinha como abrir a mala e andar, era preciso abrir a mala e ficar sentado na cama e isso achei muito desconfortável, fiquei 3 dias no hotel e apenas em um dia foi perceptível a limpeza no chão e no banheiro, nos outros dias apenas arrumaram a cama e trocaram as toalhas, não era nada SUJO mas não cheirava a limpo rsrs . O café da manhã era OK, nada demais e nada muito BOM. No geral, se voce busca localização, com quartos sem muito conforto e espaço e com preço ok esse é o hotel mas se busca conforto e refeições gostosas acredito que tenha outros hotéis.

Hotel bem localizado, no centro, cama boa. Só peça um pouco na limpeza do chão e no barulho tem um prédio atrás do hotel cheio de adolescentes que chegam em casa de madrugada e começam a gritar nas janelas bem alto, assustando todo mundo.

O hotel tem como seu ponto forte a localização,é realmente perto de tudo,dos melhores restaurantes,das melhores chocolaterias e cafeterias.Unico ponto negativo é o banheiro que o box é pela metade,onde fica caindo água pra fora e não tem lugar pra colocar nada no banheiro.O quarto é pequeno,mas ficamos pouco no hotel,então não atrapalhou! O café da manhã é simples,mas pra nós foi ótimo e o atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo,nada a reclamar!

A estadia foi boa,quarto e banheiro pequeno mas com conforto basico. Limpeza boa, café da manhã acima da média, localização excelente, bom wifi. Muito justo pelo preço pago. Para mais luxo e conforto custará o dobro. Eu recomendo com consciencia de que voce está pagando o preço de acomodação básica mas boa.
