El Casco is a fantastic hotel. The staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant was perfect and so was the morning breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

The hotel staff were fabulous, the rooms were large and beds comfortable. The hotel is a bit worn round the edges (the gym especially needs some investment) but itā€™s overall charming. The food was great, especially the breakfast! Will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel. Its location allows for a spectacular view and is also close to every important site. What gives the hotel its uniqueness is the excellent service. Thomas, Ignacio and Michaela are the crown jewel

This hotel felt like it would have been a lovely 5* hotel in the 1990ā€™s but has not been updated since. Unfortunately it was quite dated in appearance, in particular the carpets were visibly stained. The room was hot in October with no method to switch off the room heating as the thermostat was broken. The staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was 3-4* hotel level - did have hot food options but not as extensive as I usually see in 5* hotels. This is a hotel where you need a car to drive into the city, unless of course you just want to sit and lounge in the hotel all day. Bed was comfortable. Overall nice but not excellent.

Very nice and quiet place, away from the noise and crowds but close enough to the main attractions. I am very pleased with the hospitality, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our kid was sick during our trip and they accommodated us with all of our needs to make sure we could make the most out of our visit
