The hotel staff were fabulous, the rooms were large and beds comfortable. The hotel is a bit worn round the edges (the gym especially needs some investment) but itā€™s overall charming. The food was great, especially the breakfast! Will definitely come back.

This property is located in a unique location, in front of a beautiful lake and mountains. It is a beautiful place to spend several days. The employees are very kind. The restaurant's food is excellent, they have a good chef who prepares exquisite dishes. In my opinion it is the best hotel in Bariloche.

Great hotel to spend your vacation in Bariloche. I could not give a 5 star overall rating due to a car accident we had coming into the hotel when we first arrived. Unfortunately , our driver hired by the hotel, crashed into another car. The hotel did not offer to make any concessions for our bad experience . Luckily, we were not seriously hurt.
