VICTOR HOTEL is a short walk from the main Bari train station, located near the old town, so restaurant and shopping options abound. The rooms are beautifully designed and engineered, the best I've seen in this price range in my ten months traveling Europe and Great Britain. The breakfast room is also very nice, although the food choices for an American leave much to be desired: overcooked eggs and undercooked bacon to start. But the quality of the air conditioning system and quality of the bed linen more than made up for any shortcomings at the breakfast table.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus station with less than a 10 minute walk to Bari Centrale. It is also located close to the two main shopping streets, as well as to restaurants patronized by locals. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk. The staff was helpful in answering questions and arranging a taxi. I received a water bottle and tote bag upon check in. Each floor has a water machine so I didn't need to worry about purchasing water. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the street which was nice to stand outside to check out the weather. The rooms are clean and well maintained with nice bath products. The daily maid service was thorough. The breakfast buffet was extensive and good quality and was available starting at 7:00 am. One morning I needed to leave early for a bus and they have a separate quick breakfast in the lobby where I was able to grab something from and walk to the bus. I usually don't include breakfast with hotels as I don't eat that much to justify the cost. I don't recall when booking an option to not include breakfast. If breakfast is something you don't want, you may need to look at other hotels as you're paying for it and won't use it. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there, would recommend it to others, and would consider staying there again in the future.

Very comfortable, modern-upscale hotel and very well situated and maintained with highly professional staff 24/7 (which made my late night arrival effortless). Bed is memory foam and comfortable with a nice comforter. Shower is large with plenty of power and hot water. THE free BREAKFAST IS GREAT and is easily worth 15€ to 20€. And the hotel is walking distance to train and bus stations as well as Old Town, the port and a laundry. I would definitely stay again at the Victor Hotel.

The best hotel I've known in a long time. Clean, modern, with a SPECTACULAR breakfast. But the best of all is its staff. A wonder, highly recommended. Thank you Maurizio, Nicla and all the staff, I'll be back soon.

The Victor hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was clean modern and the staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. Many coffee choices and made to order eggs. We also received a nice welcome gift. A tote bag and 2 reusable no plastic water bottles. A very nice touch which came in handy. Close to pedestrian streets and about 15 minute walk to the old town with lots of restaurants. 10 minutes away from the bus and train station. All around great location

The Room is very small, it is not easy to find the hotel in the beginning. need to get into the door to the build, then find the hotel location, then take the very small and old elevator up to 3rd floor, then press the door bell to get into the hotel. no breakfast. the reason for me to book this hotel because they have people to help checking in at the evening.
