Beautiful, tastefully designed property with nice garden area. Excellent buffet breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Very patient housekeeping staff - convenient for late risers. All in all a very pleasant stay. We intend to return to Bari and will likely stay there again.

Very helpful staff here, delicious breakfast perfect coffee. Extremely clean rooms with guest treats the spa area was very nice although a little more attention could be put to the hot tea and area in the spa. We are going to stay here again at the end of our holiday. Very pleased with it.

The room had wood floor and was large and roomy. I had a great view of the city. Staff was nice and very attentive. The lobby and bar were lively and staff were super. I ate breakfast at the bar and was attentively waited on, coffee and pastry was excellent. I also loved the restaurant and once again staff were super attentive and the food was excellent. Although the hotel is a bit of a walk to the old Bari section it is easily walkable (30min). Safe in the day. Use a taxi at night. The hotel was super quiet and I was able to sleep a long time after flying for so long. I’d stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff (Serena) was incredibly helpful getting us in early and storing our luggage as we had an early flight. Nice area to walk around as well and breakfast selection was great. Not so great? You cannot control room temp at all-it is preset. This is really frustrating. The bathroom towels were like the towels we had in our junior high locker room: thin and scratchy.
