So easy and accommodating. The owner was always available and gave great directions to how to navigate the process. Stefano in the building was awesome - helped us a lot! Very good location to get to the station, the beach and the wonderful historical Bari. We extended our stay and they made it easy!

The room and the bathroom are large and very clean. The (silent) mini fridge is a plus and was filled in with bottles of water and good quality juices every day. Little snacks are also provided as well as a coffee machine with coffee and a boiler for hot water. The housekeeeper Stefano was really nice and very helpful to us and is doing an amazing job in keeping the property clean and tidy. The road is a bit noisy but we do not hear anything when the windows are closed. A great location to be, A few minutes away from the train station and also very close to the old city. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely go back if we go back to Bari.

The property itself, for myself, an American, was a little difficult to get to. But once we arrived, the staff was so courteous and attentive. The room was very pretty and so clean. Everywhere was walkable and the staff in the stores were extremely kind to us. I hope to be back again. Thank you for having us.

The room was exactly as promised. Well-located for us, quiet and clean. The available drinks were a great plus. Our only problem related to the shower, which was not separated from the toilet. We had to be extra careful when showering and still the floor could get very wet.

Wonderful find!

Just WOW! We were stuck in Bari due to a train strike and booked this place very last minute. The communication by the host was fantastic. All entry instructions were sent to us very quickly and were very easy to follow. The room was massive, with a lovely bathroom and lovely natural light. The soundproofing was pretty good, especially being on a busy road. Aircon worked great and the mini bar treats were appreciated. We were also offered bag storage options before and after our stay. Easy 5 minute walk from the rail station. Would definitely stay here again!

Spotless, modern, and brilliantly managed remotely! Il Pumo Apulian Rooms was one of the best stays of our trip through Puglia. There is no on-site staff — everything is handled via WhatsApp — but the instructions were clear, timely, and never left us guessing. It actually worked perfectly. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern facilities that were intuitive to use. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from Bari Centrale station, making day trips to Polignano a Mare and Monopoli incredibly easy. If you’re comfortable with a self-check-in style property, this is absolutely top-tier. Highly recommended!
