No issues but not a fan of the check in

So there is no check in repeat no check in and for this it loses a star /the rooms are nice and the breakfast is simple in a downstairs cafe which is fine . I suppose overall it's fair for the money and we had no issues

Due to previous review I looked for the Macdonalds, therefore it was easy too find. Codes given by management all worked. Room was nice and big and clean. Magazines scattered around nice touch. Also fresh fruit. Discovered the terrace in the morning. Wish I was staying longer to enjoy the facilities more. Breakfast was basic and from restaurant next door.

Parfait, vivement conseillé.

Petite chambre propre, moderne, securitaire, hyper confo et fonctionnelle, parfaitement située. Nous avons adoré prendre un verre sur notre mini balcon aménagé, tout en regardant les nombreux passants, ainsi que les dejeuners compris dans les restaurants voisins de notre choix. Même si nous n'avions pas l'appli whatsapps demandée par le proprio pour qu'il nous envoie les vidéos des 3 codes de portes d'entrées, ce dernier a un commerce annexé à l'établissement et nous a tout expliqué de façon personnalisée.

The property is in the best location in Bari. Exact in the hart of the city. Only two minutes away from Bari Centrale. Extremely clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend it to everyone who wants to travel for short vacation. Obviously we will be back! Thank you!

had a little issue with the key coding for the 3 doors, once we managed to get in , no problem after that. the toom are small but new, quiet and plenty of coffee shop around and across the street from bus/train station. not a lot of hot water for shower in the morning and breakfast is a croissant and a coffee

Centrally located. A bit difficult to find at night as addresses are small. Basically, look for the McDonald’s closest to the train station; the apartment is right next door. As Contemporaneamente is in the heart of Bari, it was fun to walk around and enjoy the lively night life. We checked in late in the evening and the apartment was very responsive to WhatsApp. Breakfast was coffee and a pastry at a cafe located across the street. Very convenient. Very small apartment but furnished with everything that you will need for a comfortable night’s stay . Would be happy to stay here again.

It is most centrally located and 5 mins from the Bari Centrale. It is in the midst of everything to dining and walkable to the Old Town. The unit is very very modern and convenient for a short stay as we are one the road daily. You are on third floor with a porch sitting look out to the bustling street with local and tourist.

Worth a night or two

Positive Aspects: The apartment was impeccably clean and conveniently located just a short distance from the train station. The bed was comfortable, and the showers provided a pleasant and warm experience. Additionally, it was only a five-minute walk to reach the charming old town, making it an ideal location for exploring the area. Areas for Improvement: The multiple access codes required for entry into the building, corridor, and bedroom could be cumbersome. Simplifying this process would enhance the overall guest experience.

I chose this location because it was a short distance away from the train station. The property is located in a building on a busy street with many restaurants and bars. In the evening, the patios are full of people. It is very noisy and had I known, I would not have chosen this property. Also, the walls of the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything the neighbours are doing and saying.

Although the entire check in procedure is all online (WhatsApp), everything is very easy to enter this property. The owner sent me the codes as well as videos showing how to enter. Room was very clean, nice size bathroom with great shower. Nesperro coffee machine, kettle and iron all in the room. Never used the tv as it’s one of those smart tv’s and I didn’t know any of my passwords for some of my apps to be able to use it. WiFi was nice and speedy. Breakfast is at a number of local cafes, the owner leaves you a white tag and you just take it along for an “Italian breakfast”! (That’s coffee and croissant for those that don’t know). Located very close to the 3 trains stations that are all next to each other.( that’s a little confusing when you want the local train to matera). Very close to all the shops and bars and cafes you would ever need. Also about a 15 min walk to the old town and the basilica and church of Saint Nicola. Would very happily stay here again.
