A real feeling of hospitality and cleanliness

Thoroughly recommended. A clean and nice hotel with a pool and hot tub at guest's disposal. A very good breakfast. Polite staff with real eagerness to serve the customer. Several extra points for that feeling of hospitality. Affordable parking at five euros a day. An all-around nice vibe to the place.

Lovely hotel in great location

The hotel is beautiful and looks very pretty just a short walk from the lake to amazing views. Very well located and great facilities. Rooms were a good size; we had an executive suite which I was worried about based on previous rooms saying small, but I felt they were a good size with really good size shower room. Very clean. Car parking extremely convenient and secure, and very well priced. Was lovely to see many visitors with their dogs which was great to know for possible future stays. The spa facilities are also a great feature.

The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. I cannot say enough about the three young ladies at the front desk! We needed to ship some items back to the states and they went above and beyond to assist us this is! They found boxes for us, created shipping labels and communicated with the post office to make sure everything was correct. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the lake shore shopping area where you find restaurants, shops and the water ferry. Beautiful area to visit and I hope to return some day.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was well kept. It is in a good location close to the town but not on the main street. It was easy to get to and had parking.

Professionalism and service at it’s best!

What a wonderful experience! Our entire group of 8 was beyond impressed with the professionalism and level of service shown to us during our 4 night stay. I cannot say enough about the warm reception on arrival, helpful assistance in organising shuttles, the excellent breakfast and wonderful, attentive staff who catered to us. Super friendly, always smiling and top notch service! Our room was also immaculately cleaned with fresh towels each day. We are so looking forward to our return in 2025!

Cute place, great service

We really enjoyed our stay at Palace Hotel San Pietro! Staff was very welcoming and the owner gave us tips for our next destination in Italy. Pool and garden area were really comfortable. We slept very well during our stay, it was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. One of the best things was the breakfast in the roof top terrace with a beautiful lake view. Location was also convenient. Close to the center and ferry stop.

This was a lovely hotel to stay. Unfortunately, the weather conditions were very rainy so couldn’t make much use of the pool. The hotel has a lovely pool and jacuzzi but the direction the hotel faces means the sunlight is blocked for a lot of the day. The hotel was really well placed. Only a 5 minute walk to the ferry or bus, and two minutes to the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very nice as were the cocktails served in the bar. Would highly recommend based on location and service.

The building and grounds are lovely however the pool area is very small with a very limited number of beds. We found out on check in the beds had to be booked for the pool but majority had been booked the night before by other guests so only shade beds available which was not ideal for what we wanted. It was also very hard to move around the pool area as it is so tight and small. We arrived before the advertised check in time and the receptionist was quite abrupt not a friendly welcome almost an inconvenience to her. Overall the whole check in experience was negative, no warm welcome or any explanation of the hotel and as above only informed of the bed situation when asked if it was possible to use the pool before our room was ready. Overall an ok experience, the room was nice enough but outdated and the location was perfect but due to the receptionist and pool situation I wouldn’t stay again if we returned.

AC in our room was not working properly. When brought up to staff, they did try to fix it but overall we were not comfortable at night. The AC unit in room did not circulate the air, but the staff was friendly and pool was very nice.
