Geen hospitality zoals het zou horen.

Hotel is gedateerd. Badkamervloer is overtegeld en het originele afvoerputje ligt daardoor onafgewerkt in de diepte. Oude systeemplafonds. Zeer dunne wanden waardoor gesprekken bij de buren erg goed te volgen waren. 3 maanden eerder kamers aan de achterzijde geboekt. Bij inchecken bleken we kamers aan de voorzijde te hebben. Aanpassen was niet mogelijk. Management heeft die dag, maar ok na het verblijf, geen contact opgenomen. Bij diner kregen 6 personen, aan 4 zijden van een tafel gezeten, 3 menukaarten. We moesten maar bij elkaar kijken. Er werden 4 stukjes brood voor 6 personen op tafel gezet, Na reclameren tóch maar een schaaltje erbij. Opmerking: "het is de bedoeling dat je de stukjes brood doorsnijdt". 3 keer moeten vragen om een schijfje citroen in de spa.

Goede ontvangst en we hebben er 2 avonden goed gegeten en een goed verblijf gehad. Het ontbijt is ook goed. De hotelkamer is gedateerd en is aan renovatie toe. In de hotelkamer kon je de naaste buren bijna letterlijk verstaan. Bij het uitchecken zijn wij niet goed behandeld. O.a. onze opmerking dat het karafje water bij het diner à €2,50 ons toch wel zeer verraste, werd afgedaan met de opmerking dat het hotel ook voor water moet betalen. Nog meerdere opmerkingen gemaakt en uiteindelijk gaf de receptioniste ons het gevoel dat het een eer voor ons moest zijn in hun hotel te mogen logeren. Wij komen hier uiteraard niet meer terug.

Great little Hotel. Fantastic Dining.

A lovely air conditioned room on the hottest day the Netherlands has experienced (over 40 degrees) I made full use of small but welcoming hotel pool and (ironically) the sauna. The hotel also has a small exercise room with bicycles and tread mill. Best of all, however, was the food. Some of the best food I have eaten, the chef should be congratulated.

Dit hotel geboekt na een dagje sauna Bussloo. Wat vooral opvalt is het vriendelijke personeel. De kamer was niet modern maar voldeed. Helaas was er geen overtrek over de 2 individuele matrassen gedaan waardoor het echt twee éénpersoonsbedden waren. Het ontbijt was ruim opgezet en goed van kwaliteit (warme gerechten, diverse broodsoorten, yoghurt/kwark met noten enz).

Gezellig hotel met aardige medewerkers, goed ontbijt. Alleen was onze economy kamer wat aan de kleine kant, weinig opbergruimte en een basic badkamer.

Hotel is gelegen aan een doorgaande weg, bij bos.

Ondanks dat het hotel aan de weg ligt merkt men weinig van het verkeer. Men loopt zo de bossen in voor mooie wandelingen. In het hotel diverse mogelijkheden om de conditie op te vijzelen. Het hotel is in 2015 deels gerenoveerd.

Prettig hotel in prachtige omgeving

Plezierig hotel in mooi bosgebied, vlakbij het gezellige centrum van Lochem. Goede faciliteiten en heerlijk eten in het bijbehorende restaurant. Een minpuntje: door houten vloeren en dunne muren was de kamer ontzettend gehorig. Gelukkig waren de andere gasten rustig. Blijkbaar is dit een bekend probleem in sommige kamers. Vraag dus om een rustige kamer als dat belangrijk voor je is.

Leuk overnachtingshotel voor een paar dagen.

Ontvangst bij het hotel was goed. Vriendelijk personeel, maar het lijkt wel een beetje "gemaakt". De bediening in het restaurant en het eten (ontbijt en diner) waren ook goed. In het hotel lag een boekje (Hotspots 0573) hierin zaten korting bonnen (ook voor het hotel) voor het diner, deze bon kon ik inleveren. Alleen jammer dat je dan maar voor 1 persoon korting krijgt, blijkt op de rekening (beetje zielig). Staat nergens dat het per persoon is. De kamers waren wel nieuw en netjes. De flat screen tv was erg klein voor de afstand naar het bed, ook zaten er veel "sneeuw" zenders tussen o.a.. SBS6. De WiFi was gratis, maar viel telkens weg. Jammer dat er geen airco op de kamer was, er was wel een ventilator weggezet, maar daarmee koelde de kamer niet af.
