Serras was such a pleasure to visit and use as our base to navigate stunning Barcelona. The hotel is new/fresh and nicely designed and appointed (very nicely appointed!) but the standout is/was the staff…. They could not have been nicer or more helpful from attractions to restaurants to Flamenco recommendations …everything thoughtful helpful and all with a smile and graciousness. Thanks so much!

After many years of trying to stay at Serras Barcelona, we finally succeeded and the hotel is every thing we hoped it would be. Rooms are thoughtfully designed and exceedingly well maintained. The hotel’s waterfront location is ideal especially given the luxe rooftop lounge. Above all the extraordinary guest service and hospitality offered by everyone on the staff is what makes the hotel so special. We will definitely return!

This is a lovely boutique hotel with a spacious room, comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a wonderful array of amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive.
