The hotel is lovely and the people working there are professional and friendly. Everyone was very accommodating. We stayed at a supposedly better quality hotel in Madrid but we liked this one much more.

Location was excellent! Close to everything! Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and had good food. Modern, functional design throughout with some warmth. Lobby has some seating areas as well as working stations with power outlets. Enjoyed staying here!

I loved this hotel overall. The staff were nice. It was very upscale and close-walking distance to a lot of things. They give a free bottle of wine and also gave me free champagne for my birthday. The rooms are small for 2 people and they don’t offer connecting rooms even though over the phone they told me they did. Also they don’t have small face towels. Outside of that everything was perfect!
