VERY clean room and bathrooms, kitchen, spotless, I was really impressed! Obviously after other people in the other rooms use them, not so clean, but be aware. The location is awesome, walkable to everything in the Eixample neighborhood and not far from the metro/buses. The only ding was the elevator stopped working once and we had to haul our suitcases up a few flight of stairs to get to the apartment. Communication with the host was very easy either on Expedia or on whatsapp. Be aware that a bit before your check-in day, they'll send you a link for you to pay the deposit online. I got the deposit back very quickly after our stay, no problem at all. I'd highly recommend this place
