Good customer service Clear prices of mini bar Comfortable room and bed However the kettle had no ameneties or cups, and the tap water was not drinkable and no supply of free water to use. However mercadona is a minute away so thats okay. The bath was a bit outdated but great water pressure and shower gel provided.

It was a great experience for me to stay in a hotel. Actually I was a bit worried about cleanliness before the booking, however, when I entered the room, I felt 100% satisfaction as the was really well organized and tidy. Besides these, the staffs were welcoming and friendly. Yeh, when I will travel Barcelona, I obviously choose this hotel again.

The room was always cleaned. I had the best experience in Badalona, Spain. I loved that they spoke Spanish which is my main language that I speak. I really like the hotel and the staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, luminous and clean I made 3 different reservations in a period of 19 days because I was traveling around. The VIP access the first time was amazing with the best room upgrade with jacuzzi and a Nespresso coffee machine. The other two reservations were in a regular room but with a king bed, in a higher level and they offered water an a late check in. I travel every year so I will always go back there.

The property is located in a safe and walkable area close to badalona beaches and close to transportation to go to Barcelona and Costa Brava. The property was renovated and the room was modern nice and clean. The VIP ACCÉS was poor. They gave me a room upgrade apparently but only one big water bottle for the 5 days we stayed and the late check out only until 2 pm.
