This hotel has a five star rating but the Barcelona location leave much room for improvement. From delay after delay for check ins from a cafe/bar filled with weary travelers waiting for their rooms the atmosphere is less than welcoming. The rooms at well appointed and very clean. The room service is excellent. However the lobby staff is slow and tired looking. I have would give this hotel a three star for their services.

Pros- early check in and late check out, friendly and helpful staff. Right next to the train station. Cons-location isn’t ideal for walking, the pool is really tiny with only a few lounger chairs that were taken each time I was there. The room wasn’t super clean, stain on the floor, lots of construction noise. Older building, renovated but appears almost although it isn’t complete. Overall not usual a Nobu experience, other Nobu locations are much more well taken care of. For the price I would rather stay elsewhere next time.

Arrived at the hotel around 11 am. Check in was quick and easy. Understanding we were coming from a long flight, the staff worked quickly to get us a room. While we were waiting, we were sat in the lobby, and, in the span of maybe 20-30 min, someone from the staff checked on us at least five times and brought us complementary coffee and water. The staff were exceptional throughout, with the exception of the front desk staff at check-out. Nonetheless, the experience was great overall. I would stay again.

Lovely hotel in a good location, opposite the Sants station for easy access to all attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully appointed rooms with amazingly soft sheets on the beds! Most of the city is also walkable, within 30-45mins. Rooftop bar is an attraction for many with its stunning views, but not only hotel guests. It is quite small, but access is controlled. Would love to stay there again and can highly recommend.
