Nice, clean, and decent, but nowhere near 4-star vibes—more like a solid 3. Friendly staff, though they can look a bit messy. Rooms are tidy but basic, missing that upscale polish. The mall next door is handy if you’re into shopping, but getting downtown or around the city isn’t convenient. Good for a quick stay, not a luxurious getaway.

Great location for a short stay

The hotel is in a great location, just 2 or 3 min walk to Westfield shopping centre. The room was ok, however, it looks dated and could use some renovation. Pillow options would be also appreciated. Note that although parking is available onsite, it is very limited so make sure you call and confirm availability before you book your room.

Top Notch hotel

This Catalonia location is right next to an outdoor shopping plaza that has several restaurants, stores, supermarket - movie theatre it has it all. Concierge staff were amazing, very welcoming, attentive and ready to support. The room had a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and large window. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet 15 euros, and also served lunch and dinner. Food was always hot and delicious. Their hosts/hostesses were also very helpful and ready to please. Buses H6 & H8 were frequent and took you close enough into the city with nice scenery along the way. The subway is a quick 5min H5 bus ride or 15 minute walk. Explore the plaza nearby it's cute and very typical of Spanish neighborhoods. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

WE had three night break here. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Most of the staff are great. Special thanks to Louis and Patrica. The Spa/wellnesss area is fabulous. Finished our stay with one of the best massages ever, courtesy of the magic hands of Aldana. Only downsides, approx. 15 minute walk to metro and no tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Room was really small, single bed. Was charged accordingly. Glad to have a clean, comfortable place to stay overnight without paying an arm and a leg. Sofia at the front desk and dining room staff all were exceptional. Sophia called the taxi and even went outside to show me where the taxi was parked and to make sure I got in. Breakfast had just ended five minutes before, but the staff cooked eggs and bacon fresh for me and then cooked toast even though I had not asked for toast. They were smiling and friendly when they could easily have said sorry we are closed and you missed breakfast. Breakfast was a free buffet, so I didn’t expect fresh cooked food to order.

this is not what i expect of a Catalonia - food was reheated at best - systematic sweet sauce on meat included. The hotel looks unimpressive and dirty on the outside, common areas are small and not conduaive to relaxing. Big screen in the dining room with tv on. Match or not i am expecting a lot more when i pay 230€ a night in a Catalonia.
