Well worth a visit

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Clean and good night sleep. Could be doing with a tidy up i.e wallpaper loose but overall did not stop us having a good stay. Good selection for breakfast.

OK with room for improvement

Everything was clean, staff was friendly, felt like a good and safe area. The bad things would be that the beds were quite uncomfortable, and that you clearly can see that the hotel is getting old. Small TV without chromecast/streaming. You could also hear EVERYTHING from the corridors and the other rooms. The breakfast was OK, we liked the baked goods and toaster oven. Overall some room for improvement, but for a good price I would definitely stay here again.

It isn’t close to city center that is the heart of Barcelona. Raquel and Sandra are great help to guide you to your activity and how to get to nice places. They were very professional/kind. Staff at breakfast also very nice. Room was so tiny and quiet till I fell sleep and it was impossible to sleep with every room door banging and also housekeeping starts early and noisy. It was a safe hotel for sure.

No frills but a super base for exploring the city. Very helpful and friendly staff - welcoming, efficient and friendly reception staff who helped us with lots of bookings. Superb breakfast with a huge array of choices again with very lovely staff. Rooms were a little tired but nothing to complain about - the cheery cleaning staff worked hard on them every day. Comfortable beds and a very quiet hotel even though our room was next to the lift. Arguably the location is a bit of a walk/bus ride from the centre, but very well served for transport and some really top notch local restaurants and bars which more than compensated. Recommend checking out Rincon Catala just round the corner - very welcoming cool little bar with the most delicious house Rioja and very high quality tapas, best we had in Barcelona. Porvenir, again round the corner, excellent for fish & seafood. All in all, a great little hotel where we really enjoyed staying.
