We loved the Monument Hotel in Barcelona. The staff was especially courteous and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with a small step-out terrace that allowed us to occasionally “people watch” on the street below and get a feel of the neighborhood vibe. The location was excellent adjacent to the high end shops and one of the Gaudi buildings. Taxi service was quick and easy through the hotel. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, room, very approachable and helpful staff. The recommendations from Concierge regarding restaurants was worth following. The room was clean, modern, well played out with double toilets and double sinks. The only downside was that the water leaks out to the floor while showering.
