The hotel was nicely situated and the room was great. The pool was uncomfortably close to the restaurant, if you splashed when kicking you would get water on several tables of people eating. It is also smaller than it looks in pictures. The carpets in the hallways are a bit dated. The elevator system is not great - several times we ended up riding the elevator around and couldn’t get to our floor unless we made it back to the lobby as you choose floors from inside. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Hotel needs maintance. Lifts were spotty. Broken more than they worked. Our shower door did not fit and leaked the TV turned on and off randomly. That said, the rooftop was amazing. Incredible views and amazing staff.

One Night Stay Before Cruise

The Iberostar is perfectly located for waking to key sites in Barcelona. The view from the rooftop Skybar is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The water dispenser is so converted and better than single use bottles. Thanks for a great stay.
