Fantastic stay! The front desk staff was welcoming and quick to check us in. Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable kids loved the bunk beds . Wi-Fi was fast. The location is within a five-minute walk to the main plaza and local restaurants. Breakfast spread was delicious! Perfect base for exploring the city! wonderful stay from check in to check out. Highly recommend!!

This property is super unique, and centrally located to most everything in Barcelona. We arrived super early from a cruise and the front desk was happy to stow our luggage and give is breakfast recommendations. Once the room was ready, we noticed the pool area outside, which was nice to sit around for a drink. In the morning, theres a super spacious eating area downstairs, with pretty legit food. Finally, there is a ton of shopping and eateries right around the corner.

Hotel was centrally located, it was comfortable and perfect for family stay. Room is nice and with bunk bed so kids were delighted. Just a minor issues when checking in. The room that was given did not match what was booked, so make sure when booking hotel you let them know that you want the same room as advertised. And definitely tell them no ground floor rooms.

The room’s bathroom was dirty and the condition of the room was poor. The maintenance is bad as se eral areas of the wall were damaged and bathroom in need of repairs. For example, the bathroom shower was in need of sealing and the design very poor. Water comes out of the of the shower to the floor. The main room’s mirror had many stain spots toy couldn’t even see yourself. I mean bad experience but the staff was very helpful though.

We stayed on floor 3 one night and floor 2 one night. The air conditioning on floor 3 was definitely minimal, it was better on floor 2 but not cold by any means. Staff were amazing, very clean. Breakfast is fine, typical contentinal.

A nice hotel that's quite close to Plaça de Catalunya and La Rambla, but without the congestion and noise. All the staff were very helpful and all speak English. Breakfast buffet was lovely and so many options. Alma from the bar was very accommodating and gave us some tips on where to eat and go, and Chaima from the breakfast buffet was also wonderful. Would stay here again if ever I'm back in Barcelona.
