Professional staff, reliable wifi, direct beach access, plenty options for food within walking distance, timely public transportation. This was a great location that allowed us to unwind in comfort, peace and quiet, a few days before taking a long-haul flight back home.

We ended our two week tour of Spain at Playadefels and I wish we had stayed there longer! The pictures online don’t do it justice. Beautiful rooms right on the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early and the let us park in the garage and gave us towels to go to the beach while they got our room ready. Front desk staff spoke English, Spanish, Catalan and German. I would recommend for both families and romantic getaways.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely location.

Fabulous 7-night stay here. Great room (Executive Room with beach view) - very spacious balcony with sunbeds, and the room was generally of a high standard (just few minor scuffs that could easily be fixed). Lovely pool with the addition of towels, sun cream and waiter service. Plenty of room around the pool and no shortage of beds. The cleaning and pool staff were all very friendly and attentive. The staff on reception however were stand-offish in their approach which was disappointing given the standard of the hotel. Saying that, we would definitely stay here again.

n Friday night 8:30.P. M. I am sorry I did not ask his name but the male Front desk was beyond the pale. Offered to keep the pool open for a while for a late swim ( was not needed ) did swim but was out by 9:00 P. M. Had a cab ready and waiting at 5:15 for an early flight Suggested dining, and mapped out where to locate the ATM. You need to keep him for sure … promote if you can.

The room was gorgeous and clean , only downside was i asked for a double bed and was given 2 singles which was a night mare for the 2 nights i did stay as they kept on wheeling away from eachother . Secondly there was no duvet only a thin sheet , would have preffered duvet . Breakfast was nice and fresh . Staff were amazing and kind and very helpful . Also there was a mini fridge in the room which you had to pay if you had something from it ? Found that quite weird as it is a 5* hotel and the 5* hotels i have been to give you complimentry drinks . Overall it was in a good location and was clean .

Overall, a pleasant stay with a great beachfront location and a relaxing atmosphere. The shower in our room was excellent, modern and refreshing after long beach days. However, the room door was very close to the neighboring one, and we could clearly hear people passing by or entering their rooms, which was quite distracting at times. Aside from that, the experience was enjoyable and the staff were friendly.

What a lovely hotel! I stayed here as it’s near to work and it felt like a treat being on the beach. Great restaurants nearby! The smell of the hotel was incredible and the bed was super comfy. Very lovely staff at front desk too.
