Amazing time and experience staying at the Paxton Hotel. All staff speak English and helped us out soo much. The swimming pool was great to swim in. I wanted to personally thank Ana as she was the most kindest, caring hotel staff ever. She welcomes us with such grace and went above and beyond to help us out with any travel queries that we have. The breakfast was good. It would be nice to see more vegetarian and vegan hot breakfasts but in saying that breakfast was good. Overall fantastic stay, would 10000% recommend and will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Easy to get to Barcelona on the metro, but not in the traffic and crowds! Hotel was right next to a “Rambla” and its fabulous restaurants, gelato, artists and local history. Walking distance from the beach too! Loved it and will be back!

Nice room and comfortable bed with adequate aircon, which unfortunately would not set lower than 19 celsius. Good shower, good coffee (although no decaf) and adequate space for luggage and such. Very good location - close to beach, restaurants and public transport.

Nice room with comfortable bed, wonderful shower and nice coffee nook (although decaf nespresso pods would have been nice). The pool was lovely but it would be better if the hours of operation from 10am-8pm were expanded to accommodate guests. The location was very convenient to restaurants and beaches as well as public transportation.

Great location, one block from Rambla de Poble Nou. Close to bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Staff welcoming and helpful. Room good sized with Nespresso machine. Breakfast good, usual continental fare with small range of cooked items (lukewarm eggs - although on heated counter, overhead warming lamp not on) Pepper grinder didn’t work and wasn’t replaced the rest of the week) These were minor issues but my main gripe would be the fact that whilst there is a lovely pool area with beds and seating on the 4th floor, the poolside bar was closed all week - necessitating going down to ground floor bar for refreshments. This might be understandable if late September/October but this was end August/early September with many guests using the area with temperatures above 30 degrees.
