This hotel was excellent. Had free snacks certain hours of the day along with a coffee machine with various options. The rooms were nicely decorated with coffee pot, ironing board, lots of extras. Very comfortable room.

This hotel could be so much better if they had more staff. It is clean and comfortable and in a relatively nice area. The only bar which had staff tending to customers was the roof bar. The bar in the lobby was open but there was no staff to serve us. They had to get our order from the roof top bar. The roof top bar was often running out of supplies to make drinks or to serve a salad, which was disappointing.

Excellent staff, very dark room

The hotel is very nice and it has a terrace with wonderful view. The room however had carpet (not very hygienic) and it was very dark: despite having a window this faces an internal court that has been completely sealed on top (presumably to build the above mentioned terrace), so no natural light comes through the window and also Fresh air is in short supply. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and a range of toiletries were provided (including sone often absent in hotels, like toothbrush with toothpaste, shaving kit and a comb).

No internet for MacBook Pro

Check in took longer than needed. Very small elevator. No internet in room for our MacBook Pro, because a two-key security login was needed that just did not work on our laptop (but it did work on our smartphones). Hotel staff could not help (and said they had never experienced this before). Well, neither did we, and we have 8+ overnight stays worldwide in hotels, per year, and at literally every other hotel, internet connection for the MacBook Pro worked.... Otherwise, of course the location is great, Barcelona is fantastic! But don't listen to everyone, Valencia is even better, we think....

We stayed one night after our cruise before flying home to Toronto. The hotel was clean and stylish. The staff was friendly and courteous.
