Excellent location close to the Barceloneta Pier and boardwalk. Great walking distance to all attractions. We took a 40 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia from this location and it was fantastic as we got to see other areas of Barcelona. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing. We got in at 8am from our cruise, and by 1pm, we had our room available as Bea, was pushing for us to have a room early. Alicia and Bea were great along with another co-worker of theirs that I totally forgot her name but they are so super helpful, friendly and serviceable. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing hotel location is perfect in the center u have the restaurante shops around you and the beache too very Close too , the room was luxury and very big and stylish and modern , the staff is very helpful and friendly especially Marta I hope I said the right name cus I usually forget name ,she helped us a lot with the room and name of restaurants and other things ,, definitely will come back to this hotel

Room was comfortable. Initially we were put into an accessible room which wasn’t what we needed/wanted but we asked to change rooms and they accommodated. I was disappointed by the pool/bar. The pool is very tiny and right in the rooftop bar/restaurant so we didn’t use it like we expected to. Also both times we went for drinks/ snacks (evening) we felt rushed even before their advertised closing time.

I took my daughter to Spain to celebrate her 18th birthday and graduation from high school and had booked everything through Expedia never having been to Spain before so I was a little anxious--I have some weak Spanish skills but ZERO Catalan, so was nervous about communicating, navigating, etc. Even before we left Colorado I'd received a welcome message and information for scheduling taxi transportation from the airport through an easy app they included in the email called "Welcome" transportation. Upon arrival, sure enough the transportation was in communication via Whatsapp, we found eachother and he took us to the hotel. All this to say, it was my first feeling that I could relax :). The location of the hotel is PERFECT. Not to mention that it was also right across from the piers where we could walk to the beach! The rooms are comfortable, clean and beautiful, and I can't say enough good things about the staff--from start to finish they were all so helpful. The rooftop restaurant/bar and little pools are perfect--the view from there is amazing, all of the people we met working the rooftop were incredible. You never felt hurried and could just relax and soak it all in. The food on both the rooftop and the breakfast buffet was beautiful, fresh, and just overall delicious. All that to say we would stay here again in a heartbeat. In short--just book it lol

This hotel is maxing, especially breakfast. The Breakfast Room is managed by Fernando and he’s awesome. He manages his staff, food quality and quantity all while remembering every guest that shows up each morning. The only fault we had for the hotel was the gym not opening until 9am, so we ran the waterfront each day. Which was amazing. Our room was spotless, quiet, restful, and the Juliet balcony was such fun. Stay here. You’ll love every minute. And you’ll meet Fernando!!
