The staff was very accommodating. Following an unfortunate incident of almost being robbed and doused with some smelly liquid, we returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage. Victor, the concierge offered us to use a room to get showered and changed. Thank you Victor for your kindness and hospitality. We really appreciated it.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Best Aranea. The location is very convenient — just two blocks from the Monumental metro station, and within walking distance of the Sagrada Família. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which made getting around and finding food very easy. The breakfast is €9 and is quite decent for the price. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The reception staff and housekeeping staff were all very kind and helpful as well. The hotel’s common areas and rooms were clean, tidy, and well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great location, clean facilities, and friendly staff. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Would have been five stars but they cleaned my room and when I had a shower the towel left a bunch of hair that wasn't mine on me. Outside that the hotel is in a great location, staff are great, other than the towel very clean.

he staff was attentive, although the overall friendliness could have been better. The €2 luggage storage was very convenient and helpful. We stayed in a room with two twin beds, which worked well for us. The room was a little dark, but it was clean and comfortable, and the beds were comfortable as well. The air conditioning could be improved, as it did not cool the room very well. The location was excellent for getting around and reaching the main tourist attractions. We also really appreciated the public drinking water fountain right outside the hotel, which made it easy to refill our bottles. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very clean. Located 2 blocks away the Sagrada Família and nice local cuisine restaurant and Tapas. The staff is very nice and good to provide advice. The room is a bit narrow. Bring multiple port charging blocks because the room as only one.

The staff was super friendly and able to assist us with calling taxis and wven storing our luggage prior to checking in so we could do some sightseeing. We had a street side room, it was great waking up to the smell of freshly baking bread!!!
