The bed room was good. Air conditioning works great . Shower wasn’t great, as few other i experienced had the same issue . Water doesn’t flush out easily when u shower , so you will be standing on a puddle of water that’s drains very slowly . Also it will overflow and come outside of the shower door and flood your bathroom. Rest was excellente !

Hotel was stunningly clean. Staff spoke good English making check in easy. Stayed in the single room and was perfect for a single night stay. There is no mini fridge in the room just as an FYI The only con I can think was the design of the shower door if the pressure was too high it would cause it to soak the floor.

Service wasn’t great but the cleaning lady and one guy working the night shift was very nice. We were scared to ask for towels till one friendly night staffed offered. Had to figure out how to use the fridge by ourselves as it was plugged out and took awhile to get cold. Bathroom door wouldn’t fully close. However the view was definitely spectacular.

Overall the room was very good. The AC didn't work hardly at all. I had it turned on as cold as I could and yet I still opened the patio door at night to let cool air in. Also, the shower water didn't maintain it's temperature. It would go cool then hot without touching anything.

We loved our stay - ended up staying at the apartments instead of the hotel (free upgrade - we have a toddler and it made the trip so much easier). The breakfast buffet is good with lots of options. Nice location, close to public transportation, walkable to La Sagrada Familia.
