Loved our stay; the hotel is very clean, has a great location, and the staff is fantastic. They make your stay personal and are very helpful! The pool is on a small side but very handy to dip in during hot weather. Breakfast is very simple, enough for me definitely, but not with so many choices. The room is very clean and well-maintained; you can't hear the road traffic at all with closed windows. would happily go back and definitely recommend to others.

Our stay at Hotel America was nice, but many issues could’ve enhanced our stay. The property is newly renovated, the rooms were clean and tidy with a brand new feel. Our issue was mainly the with the air conditioning, in a hot summer day or night, the AC was not cooling at all and seemed shut down from building management. We have raised our concern multiple times with the management response to just shut it off and open a window :) Also, the hallways had a terrible sewage smell throughout our stay. And the management response was just a concurrence that the issue is known. Other than that, a great stay.
