Love the place, love the location, love how spacious it was: one bedroom with 5 beds, one bedroom with a queen bed and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen/living room was separate so it was great since we could all hang out there at night when the baby was sleeping. I got a crib for 5€ a day. There was city construction in front of the building but didn’t affect us since we were walking up around 9 to do touristic stuff. Subway is pretty close, this was one of the best deals we found. They kept our luggage’s when we checked out and it was pretty easy and simple to check in and check out! Definitely recommend and would stay there again

Unfortunately there is currently septic work which smells ongoing in the street in front of the building which detracts from experience. The interior is one of the nicest places we stayed in Spain. Had AC, regular person at counter to check in, and allowed bag storage prior to check-in.

Great location near Parallel Metro, 10 mins walk to Las Ramblas. Large apartment with aircon. Near a lovely baker, Forn de Pa Piquer-Sergi. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good value. Significant roadworks outside, but living area of our apartment was at the back, away from the noise.

Was very clean. Bathroom may need just little make over but over all very clean and neat place. Though road construction work outside the hotel but does not disturb much. The hotel is great. The rooms are immaculate and the location was good for finding restaurants and walking to the Gothic Quarter. I would definitely stay again, but I wouldn't purchase the breakfast next time--as a vegan, there was nothing for me aside from fruit and toast. Would've loved to have peanut butter, oats, or plant milk options for a more hearty breakfast.
