This hostel is great value for the money. Very clean and quiet. There was some construction outside on the street but we had an interior room and didn’t hear a thing. Well located near the Metro and so easy to get to all the sites you want to see in Barcelona. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent and very helpful staff, convenient location close to many tapas bars and the metro, very clean. Walkable to the Gothic Quartier and Barceloneta. Great experience for a few days in Barcelona.

A fabulous gem of a hostel…..booked a single room and it had a balcony, sink, safe, and incredibly comfy bed and was super clean. Close to the metro too.

Excellent hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. Nice area with kettles, food and drink vending machines too. Room was clean and ideal for a few nights. Near to Carrer Blai tapas area and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

Pleasantly surprised by Hostal Apolo! The place was very clean and surprisingly very well maintained. This place is very highly recommended by me. For the cost and the price, location was great. Close to public transit and walkable to La Rambla. The only real negative I have was the construction happening just by their front doors, but something completely out of their control.

Great spot for solo travellers! Only downside was that it was a little tricky to find the place due to construction happening right in front of the property during my stay. There are tapas restaurants and bakeries nearby, the green line metro is less than a 5 minute walk, and the main touristy streets and shops maybe 15 minutes walking distance. My room was very clean and comfortable. I felt very safe especially staying in my own. I definitely will be coming back again next time I visit Barcelona ! Thank you for everything!

It was a surprise for us to arrive to see street construction by the hotel which did not give good ambience. Room was quite small but otherwise very clean. It was also disappointing our room was windowless. Jessica was very helpful to our needs. Price was adequate for the stay.
