We had an issue with the first hotel we booked and ended up booking this hotel at the last minute, which worked out best for us. The location was very convenient. The receptionist (I apologize for not remembering her name) was very kind and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. Although our stay was short, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely professional and they went out of their way to assist us when my wife injured her knee during our stay. They also arranged taxis and airport transportation. The hotel was very clean and our suite was beautiful. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the Gothic Quarter. It’s an excellent location for exploring the neighborhood on foot.
