We had a fantastic stay! The hotel has a great location, the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything felt brand new and well maintained. Highly recommended!

It was well located for walking in the Gothic quarter and all around. The rooms were clean and very nice. They offer cold water bottle refills station and coffee 24/7 which is really nice. They have a small pool but enough to cool yourself off. My only grip is do not stay on the 1st floor. The garbags are located just outside the windows and the noise from the street is very audible in the room. Outisde of that a perfect place to stay.

Breakfast was very good, only issue was the air conditioning, was not on when we checked in and there were no instruction how to turn it on. The last day one of the cleaning staff instructed me how to turn on. Too bad we weren’t instructed a few days before would have really improved our stay. Be careful of the cab drivers, we had the hotel staff call us a cab for 12 noon to take us to the cruise port and when we got into the cab, I noticed that the metre had been running and was already at nine dollars. I just made the assumption that it was a fee to go to the cruise port, but when we ended up at the cruise port, he shut the metre off and added the fee so basically he charged us for sitting there waiting even though he was early and we came out before our scheduled time of noon. Just be careful
