The staff was very, very nice. We had an overnight flight and were at the hotel at 9am. Our room was ready!! I had requested room 703, the veranda in the pic overlooking Catalunya Square. That was the highlight of our stay. We loved it. Such a handy location.

Very nice hotel in a great location by Catalunya Square. Easy walk to old town and Ramblas. Sagrada Familia is a 30 min walk away. 2 nearby metro stations and bus service right out front. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were nice. Nice little bar and seating area and a small restaurant serving breakfast plus sandwiches, etc. later in the day. Nice pool area although it is shaded all day later in the year (October) so it can be a bit cool. Pool would be great in summer.

Excellent location staff was fantastic bathroom has now fan or ventilation for the shower and it has some mold and a heavy mildew smell. I didn’t stay long and didn’t realize what it was til the evening before I left. I did let the staff at the hotel know.

The property from the outside didn’t look as described on the web or what we are used to from the Catalonia hotels but once inside and up the lobby was a surprise. We were greeted in a very nice and professional way our room was ready even though it was early morning, got help with our luggage and explained es all the hotel amenities. Breakfast buffet was nice but the best is the location and service provided by the front desk . Will stay here again and recommend to friends and family 😊

Staff were exceptional. A special thank you to Francesc for helping with a taxi issue. The Location of this hotel is fantastic, you are within walking distance to everything you need. Great to have the department store across the road, this has a supermarket underneath with food options and also a great cafeteria on the top floor with views of Barcelona. The room was huge, modern clean and quiet and breakfast was very good for the price. Would recommend this hotel, our second stay in Barcelona and really enjoyed it here. Top notch experience!
