Location-it is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood near lots of high ened shops and close to Casa Batlló. The apartment was good for what we needed to use it for. A base to retire to after sightseeing. Despite their being manay large groups using the hostel/hotel adjacent to the apartments we never heard any noises. It is close to many restaurants. We had great meals at 3 local places. There are many coffee shops close by too. Cleanliness- It was clean, the bathroom was modern although the shower basin could fill quickly with water. Comfort - the bed was comfortable but the apartment only had enough plates/bowls for 3. We were a party of 4. This was slightly annoying. Check-in - it was slow and at 3pm, when check-in opens it may have made sense to have had more than 1 person checking everyone in. (Hostel, hotel and aparthotel all check-in at the same desk)

It was exactly what you expect from booking through a hostel. Clean but very simple and run down. The shower had excellent water pressure and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. We were able to check in early and could leave our bags after checkout for a small fee. The room was basic but functional and a very convenient location for a walkable self-guided tour of Barcelona. The location alone made the stay amazing.

The apartment was lovely, and it had a beautiful view of the city, but the staff were not friendly. We requested an apartment for four ppl, yet only had bedding for 2. Once I asked them to fix the issue, they came to our room and only fixed one more bed. We kept calling the front desk when we came back, but no one responded.

Roof Crawlers

Imagine walking into the room with a view of the balcony and the tip of the famous "Sagrada Familia" tower and two young men walking across the roof outside of the balcony, shirtless due to the heat wave. I felt unsafe and immediately walked to the balcony; the young men froze. "Why/what are you doing on the ceiling of that Roof?" The boys were nice, I wasn't even mad, I didn't call the front desk. Their other friends were is the room next to ours, and they were using the roof as their own personal alleyway. That's what you get at a HOSTEL family hotel. I would still recommend the place for the staff and location.

The main issue had with this place was that the smaller place is right above the garage. And there were petroleum odors the entire time because it is above the garage where they must be storing gasoline or other petroleum products. It didn’t seem flammable, but the aromas did really affect the experience negatively. Other than that it’s a beautiful place!

La nuestra estadía en los apartamentos de casa Gracia fueron muy confortables. El edificio es un edificio histórico . Los apartamentos tienen piso de madera y están súper limpios. Camas muy cómodas y espacios amplios para nuestra familia . Además hacen un servicio de limpieza de hotel todos los días . La vista es muy linda hacia la ciudad . Muy cerca de todo. Lo amé! Pero mi gran agradecimiento va a su personal Alfredo es una persona muy amable nos hizo sentir muy bien desde el primer día !!! Gracias Alfredo, eres lo máximo!!

Vi havde en superior lejlighed, som var præcist som beskrevet. Fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt over byen fra vores store terasse på øverste etage, og gå afstand til de store attraktioner. Personale var venlige og imødekommende og rengøringen perfekt. Bestemt et sted vi vil anbefale andre. Skulle det være helt i top, ville mere behagelige møbler på terrassen være at ønske, og så måske vinglas...I et vinland som Spanien 😉

Nos quedamos solo una noche el Lugar esta situado en un ligar muy céntrico el Edificio tiene una vista espectacular pero el sofa bed es muy viejo y muy incómodo. Esta bien como para una noche. El Apartamento tiene lo mas básico no hay cafetera no hay cafe de complemento solo lo básico.
