Great location in Barcelona! The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was perfect for our family of four, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly attentive—both the front desk team and the lovely cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. We didn’t have hot water when we first arrived, but it was fixed immediately, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would happily stay here again!

Casp74 is a well-set-up and super clean space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The reception team communicated effectively through WhatsApp and even sent a letter about the window cleaning schedule. The location is ideal—close enough to the action (just a 10-15 minute walk) but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. It's an excellent location and choice for our Barcelona visit, and we'll definitely stay there again!

CASP74 was such a lovely stay. This was a last-minute booking due to a mix-up from a different company, but they were able to accommodate an early check-in, as well as had a crib ready in our unit. The building is very centrally located, making exploring and sightseeing easy. The unit was clean, with a stocked kitchen and an in-unit washing machine.
