We stayed in a room with a balcony and really enjoyed the feature. the staff were friendly, courteus and very helpful. One complaint unfortunately I have, the room had a strange odor (smells musty) that we couldn't identify. Since we were out most of the day, we tolerated it, but I do wish I had brought it to the staff's attention sooner. Other that the odor in the room, we had a pleasant stay.
