This accommodation may pose challenges for families traveling with children. During my stay, I discovered that part of the building functions as an adult club, resulting in a barrage of loud music and other intimate sounds echoing through the night. As a parent of teenagers and a pre-teen, I felt compelled to leave the apartment to shield my children from exposure to these inappropriate noises, prioritizing their mental well-being in a setting that was far from family-friendly. Furthermore, the apartment had a lingering, unpleasant odor reminiscent of decaying sewage, akin to the unsettling smell of street sewage covers. The terrace, which could have offered a tranquil retreat, was poorly maintained, with rust-stained walls and a view marred by dilapidated buildings that provided no sense of privacy. Instead of a serene escape, it felt more like a confinement surrounded by neglected structures, diminishing the overall appeal of the space. This apartment company excelled at enhancing the images showcased in its advertisements.

We had one of the worst experiences ever with BBarcelona Central Boutique Apartments. Despite booking and paying for a 2-bedroom apartment, we were given only 1 bedroom for 4 people, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The check-in process was a disaster — we never received the access code to enter the property, even after we landed in Barcelona. The property was completely unresponsive to phone calls and chat messages. We were left stranded, unsure if we had a place to stay. It was only after Expedia intervened directly that we were able to get inside. Even then, they never addressed the issue of the missing second bedroom. To make matters worse, they charged a hefty deposit, which they only partially refunded after I followed up days later. Without my inquiry, I doubt they would have returned anything. There was no apology, no support, and no compensation offered for the false listing and the stress we endured. I do not recommend this property to anyone. It's not worth the risk, especially when you're traveling with family and need reliability and communication. Expedia should reconsider hosting this listing.

Ho alloggiato al Bbarcelona appartments Carrer Aragó 130 per due giorni con la mia famiglia e siamo stati benissimo. L’appartamento era pulito e munito di tutto ciò che serve (piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole, microonde, tostapane, bollitore, macchinetta per il caffè, detersivo per i piatti, spugnetta e pezza per i piatti, mocio, scopa e paletta, lavatrice, carta igienica, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, stufetta, lenzuola, piumoni, asciugamani). Inoltre loro aggiungono un kit di benvenuto con olio, sale e zucchero. Oltre ad essere pulito e ben munito, l’appartamento era stupendo e anche l’edificio in cui si trova lo è. Carrer Argó è grande come quartiere quindi per chi alloggerà qui vi consiglio di prendere la metro L5 alla fermata hospital clinic, che dista circa 10 minuti a piedi da questo appartamento, per arrivare alla Sagrada Família. Per il prezzo che si paga ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Man hatte auch alles gehabt für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung. Leichtes einloggen (einmalig). Das Personal war auch immer erreichbar, egal was man gebraucht hatte oder Fragen hatte. Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Daher 5* und vielen Dank.

部屋は全てきれいでスタイリッシュ。ベッドルームが複数あり、3人で宿泊したが快適だった。台所も広く設備も十分そろっており、サービスのコーヒーや紅茶、調味料も置いてあった。 一点、生活空間の各部屋にシーリングライトがなく、スポットライト数個で灯りを確保するスタイルだったため夜は部屋が暗くて若干落ち着かなかった。 それでもまた泊まりたいと思えるいいホテルだったと思う。

Lo único rescatable de este alojamiento es su ubicación. Por lo demás, deja mucho que desear: colchones incómodos, sofá cama muy sucio, olor a cigarro, la secadora de cabello no funciona bien, falta de mantenimiento y ruido constante por las noches. Las fotografías reflejan un lugar en mejor estado del que realmente es.
