Good location. Excellent service.

Check in was smooth. We appreciated the in person welcome. The apartment loca is very convenient. Many restaurants and grocery stores around. The market is right across. Walking distance to many tourist destinations and subway stations.

The property is great. The staff get back to you quick should there be any questions or issues. They were a big help in setting up transport to the airport for us. Ametiller Origen is literally next door and is a nice grocery store. Lots of fresh meat at the big market across the street. I definitely recommend staying here

The place is clean. We were asked to call 30 minutes prior to arrival so that a staff member could meet us. However, in the end, he said he couldn't show up because of someone else.

This property was very nice and clean. The host was always available to talk and met us in person during check in. The area was located where dining and entertainment facilities were available. Placa Catalunya is only 15 minute walk away to meet the Hop on Hop off bus to start our tour. Grocery store is located on the first floor of the building and still quiet. We arrived early and our flight out was later but we are able store our luggage in the locker so we are able to walk around the city without having to drag our luggage around. Just need to be careful when using the bathroom as the shower room floor is slippery.

Having the laundry available in the unit was wonderful. It was great having a kitchen, but there were plenty of restaurants in the area - so we didn't cook.

Everything was perfect with regard to the accommodation a solid 10 out of 10. Cleaning staff very helpful every time I requested fresh towels, toilet paper etc. Wish all apartment accommodations were clean/good as this. Only issue I have with the accommodation is its location which is not the apartments fault but more of the surrounding locals issue. You will most likely want to walk if you’re going towards the centre, Las Ramblas, beach etc. This means you will have to pass through the rough neighbourhoods of along Carrer de Sant Antoni Abat/similar which is full of Morrocan/Algerian thieves. Many Moroccans tried to steal my watch 3 times within this area. I have 3 crime reference numbers with 3 different individuals and had to go to court to prosecute one of them. Barcelona has really broken my heart as it was a potential returning destination with the same accommodation but unfortunately I won’t be coming back again to Barcelona as I’m put off by the thieves.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The apartment was perfectly clean, well appointed, and decorated nicely. It had good natural light and plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and very clean. There was great closet space and the kitchen had all the basics including Nespresso pods and bottled water. Check in was easy and communicating through whatsapp was also very convenient and the staff was very responsive. The ability to unlock the building and apartment door automatically through an app was also very nice. My only suggestion for improvement- and it a VERY small one, is that they add a few extra hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and clothes on. The only thing that I would want to make people more aware of is that the area is definitely more like a 20 minute walk away form Las Ramblas and other main areas. It was easy enough to find a taxi or public transporation, but it is definitely a little further than I was expecting from the reviews/descriptions. The area is definitely more local and not touristy. There are coffee shops and stores, but alot of them were closed because we were there in mid August. It gave kind of a dead vibe- but that's just because many locals go on vacation at this time. Sant Anthony market across the street from the apartment is very clean and has a lot of options for snacks and produce and some souvenirs. Also there is a very convenient Lidl supermarket directly under Sant Anthony for other staple items.

大変良い滞在が出来ました。 バルセロナ到着が朝だったため、まずは荷物だけをロッカーに預けました。ロッカールームも綺麗で使いやすかったです。ネットワークの関係上、携帯での電話が出来なかったため、ロッカールームにあった電話を借りて到着を連絡。14時には部屋に入れるとの事だったのでしばらく街歩きを楽しみました。 チェックイン時、スタッフの方がすでに入り口で待っていてくれて、部屋のこと(鍵のこと、洗濯機の使い方、キッチンの使い方など)を詳しく丁寧に説明してくれました。説明してくれたアルバロは大変良い方でした。 部屋はとても使いやすく、清潔で、キッチン用品も申し分なく、滞在は本当に快適でした。洗濯機も簡単に使えましたし、備品のエスプレッソマシンや湯沸器もありがたかったです。 ベッドがとても寝やすくて、疲れた身体を完璧に癒す事が出来ました。 シャワーの出もよく、排水も問題ありませんでした。 建物自体は古そうに見えましたが、部屋は綺麗にリノベーションされていたので何の不満もなく、同時にこれ以上望まないほど最適なホテルでした。隣にスーパーマーケットがあり、何度か利用しました(すごく便利でした)。 このホテルのおかげでバルセロナの旅が最上の素敵なものになったと言っても過言ではないです。また訪れる際には絶対に利用したいです。 本当に素敵なホテルをありがとうございました。

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s located in a very central spot, right across from the market, which was super convenient. We rented bikes for the whole week, and everything was easy to reach and enjoyable by bike. The apartment itself is beautiful and very clean. Highly recommended!
