The online description was completely accurate and met or exceeded my expectations. Many people have noted that the hotel is located on a busy square (well Triangle) that can be quite loud in the early morning hours, but that was not an issue for me. The staff was warm and welcoming and happy to help you navigate the city. We didn’t look at the pool/terrace area (visited in Feb). The room was very clean. One minor issue was the “automatic” closet light in our room delayed clicking on by a couple seconds, then clicked off almost as quickly…so it made it a little difficult to see at times. When we needed to stay an extra day they accommodated us quickly and seamlessly. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. You could hear some street noise in the late night, but it wasn’t bad (but again, it was low season). The hotel is a good location…close to restaurants and shops and just a few minutes walk to the Born district (which offers even more restaurants/museums etc) and other tourist sites.

Good location, excellent and helpful staff. Our room had lots of space and a good shower and bathroom counter to get ready but poor lighting for doing hair/makeup.
