We loved the apartment, though the wifi didn’t work well. Spacious and close to the highlight of our trip to Barcelona, Sagrada Familia. Would recommend this property.

the concierges were amazing, available in max. 5 mins. the place was HUGE, way bigger than we thought, with a beautiful balcony and. abide to the streets. we stayed there as a couple for 5 days, they don't have kitchen towels so i would recommend to pack those before hand, but very beautiful, would recommend and visit any time again!

The location was great and the apartment was spacious. It was difficult to contact the host to access entry on arrival and he appeared to be annoyed that I kept contacting him. Routine to access the accommodation is somewhat confusing and overwhelming.

Perfect location near to the Sagrada Familia. Two metro stations are at walkable distance and it is on the route of a hop on hop off bus. Rooms are big with equally big living space and kitchen. Hygiene is well maintained inside the flat as well as the entire building.

The check-in code never arrived, so we had to contact the reception. Reaching the reception was a bit complicated, as it was locked. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and didn’t work properly. On the positive side, the price was reasonable and the neighborhood was quiet. The apartment, however, could have been cleaner—there was some old water left in the pot.

The area and accommodations were great! But check-in was late due to a delayed flight and it was very difficult getting in touch with staff. We then found out there was automated check-in, which was never offered previously. Once we worked that out, it was a great stay.

In general terms it was clean, but the underneath of the beds had heavy dust, obviously it was not swept prior to our visit. At least every other day, service should enter and remove the trash and place paper toiltet in the bathroom.

The times staff were available to assist with check in (or if you needed to pay cash) in the confirmation email, property listing, and signage on the door were all different. Lovely spacious and clean apartment. An alarm on the fridge went off every 4 hours, annoying in the middle of the night.

Photos not true representation of unit. Dated old, poorly outfitted kitchen with no supplies. Could not arrange an extra pillow to the flat basic one provided. Avoid this accommodation.

It was nice and big apartment for 4 of us. it was clean and renovated and elevator was working. Check in was easy. one time we got locked out for some reason but customer service was quick to provide another access card. We requested 11am check out which was also accommodated. Overall nice place. What we did not like- Utensils were not cleaned properly, some of dishes were sticky. Cleaning supply was not there.

Nice place, needs a few things looked into.

Decent apartment that was clean and comfortable. Quiet part of rhe city, near Encants metro. Easy access to all the city's attractions. Kitchen was a little sparse; I would suggest adding a toaster, and a few cooking tools like flippers, ladles etc. One wooden spoon isn't quite enough. Also a sharper bread (or any other) knife and a bread board. Living room drapes are soiled and need laundering. Fridge alarm would go off at all hours, including ar night. Please investigate as it is annoying to be woken up. Thanks.

The apartment was great, and check-in was easy. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop, and oven. The shower was good. The only issue we had was that two out of the three nights we came home late, and our keycard randomly didn't work (after it had been working all day). The second time, the passcode to enter the building also didn't work. Both times, the button to call for aid worked and we were given replacement ones that worked (customer service spoke both spanish and english). However, I've heard reviews where they say that their call was never answered until the following morning. However that did not happen to me so I had a great stay and found them to be very helpful.

The apartment it self was good. A good location to a metro, restaurants, and a short walk to some attractions. The down side is miss information. The apartments are advertised as having a laundry in the complex. There has not been a laundry for some time. It also states there will be a person in the lobby at certain times of the day. This is not the case. They can be contacted 24 hours a day thou by phone in the lobby. On a more minor point we experienced an issue with an alarm sounding on the fridge. After a phone call a person looked at the issue, but advised it was the weekend so no maintenance person available. There was no further follow up contact from them regarding this on a working day. A suggestion to improve future people’s stay is a toaster, a plug for the sink. Overall a nice apartment in a good location in a beautiful city. But needing a little bit of improvement in the service area.

The room was comfortable. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds was very small and not easy to plug in phones etc due to the location of outlets. There was no dish cloth so we had to use paper towel to dry the dishes, but over all the accommodation was fine and in a good area!

This was a great place to stay Property was a bit tricky getting into. We had to use intercom to get let inside as we arrived out of hours having paid for the night before due to early arrival There is a machine you use once inside to check in and print your room card. It takes a while but is relatively easy to use The apartment itself was clean and spacious and a bit sparsely furnished. For a 2 bedroom apartment it only had 1 sofa and could have done with more seating. There was a dining table with 4 chairs It didn’t worry us travelling with 2 There was a small balcony which was awesome and we enjoyed watching the street below with a glass of wine in the afternoons Bed in main bedroom very comfortable Kitchen was spacious with dishwasher but could have done with more utensils and cooking equipment for cooking There was a laundromat right across the street Was close to public transport Sagrada was easy one kilometre walk away Would recommend.
