Really good location. Very close to Las Rambles. Very lovely and can be noisey if one is looking for an early night. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. Just need the shower door to be fixed to stop water splashing and possible an AC in the bedrooms.

Do not stay here it has bed bugs. Though the property was very communicative the stay was horrible. We had to move to a hotel right after. The city is located is a bit dangerous for a family as well.

Poor check-in experience - codes didn’t work, so called via the phone and they said they would come to assist… but nobody came. Extremely disappointing, particularly given we had paid for an extra night due to our early arrival from a very long flight from Australia so we could check in in the morning. On our final night it had been raining and water was dripping into the apartment which got progressively worse - water then started dripping out of a live powerpoint and all power shut off in the apartment. We contacted the company - via WhatsApp, the only method, and I got no meaningful response. My husband then finally got a response - but they refused to answer phone calls and would only text. At 11pm we then had to pack up all of our belongings and our sleeping children to move to another room (which was also leaking water on the floor from the ceiling). We would not recommend this place - serious issues with upkeep of the apartments and very poor customer service.

The building is aged. Tight space. Bedrooms were okay but bathroom was really small with almost no space to hang towels/clothes or put other items. It is front of night club so you hear screams and drink people at night. There is no safety since there is in a very shady neighborhood near ramblas. Altough it every close to la ramblas so it is a very convenient place for major attractions. I dont the owners are very honest as there was no mention of the city tax that we had to pay before stay even though we booked everything through expedia.

Stor og central lejlighed. Der var hvad vi havde brug for da vi spiste ude. Køkkenet var sparsomt indrettet og når man rejser 5 så er det lidt besværligt at badevandet bliver koldt hurtigt. Det tager tid fra ferien og kræver planlægning. Sengene var okay men ikke gode. Vi var der i hverdage og hørte ikke meget støj fra gaden. Dog var der larm internt i bygningen fra gæster eller beboere tidligt om morgenen. Der var god service hele vejen igennem og personalet svarede hurtigt på spørgsmål. Alt i alt en okay lejlighed uden den store luksus men en god oplevelse.

Heruntergekommenes Appartment, dass geputzt aber nicht gepflegt wird. Schimmel im Bad, extrem schlecht Küchenausstattung. Wasserkocher musste angefordert werden, kein Sieb keine Kanne, kein Pfannenwender, Besteck und Teller wurden nicht aufgefüllt, von allem nur 1 -3 Exemplare. Es werden keine Reparaturen durchgeführt: Toilettenhalterung defekt, T-Rolle stand oben auf. Halterung im Bad anscheinend irgendwann abgefallen, wurde nicht ersetzt. Keinerlei Haken im ganzen Appartment. Im billigen Ikea Schrank fehlte eine Schublade, offensichtlich wird es nicht für nötig gehalten, diese zu ersetzen. Schalter am Herd nicht mehr "lesbar". Einzige Tür zum Lüften führte auf einen für andere Bewohner öffentlichen Gang, also Lüften über Nacht nicht möglich. Riegel zum zusätzlichen Verschließen nicht mehr vorhanden. Zu wenig Lampen, besonders im Schlafzimmer, insgesamt stickig und sehr dunkel. Keine Nachttische. Wasser sparen ist ja toll, aber wenn man beim Haare waschen Angst haben muss, dass das Wasser gleich kalt wird, ist das wirklich kein Urlaubsgefühl. In der ersten Nacht haben wir beschlossen, umzuziehen, was uns nach der 2. Nacht auch gelungen ist.

Veldig sentralt

Leiligheten ligger fantastisk sentralt til, med et par minutters gange fra La Rambla, og takterasse. Både leilighet og terrassen bar preg av slitasje og «enkle kår». Vi savnet knagger til å henge klær på, og steder å henge håndklær på på badet. Lite utstyrt kjøkken. Det var vanskelig å få informasjon om hvordan man kom seg på taket, og litt trøbbel med innsjekk.

Appartement idéalement situé entre la plage et la place de la Catalogne. Proximité immédiate du palais Guell, du marché de la Boqueria. Le métro L3 permet un accès direct au parc Guell, la maison Batlo et la Sagrada Família. Appartement fonctionnel bien équipé mais pas très chaleureux. Seul bémol le bruit : que ce soit le bruit de la rue ou des appartements voisins, sur 4 nuits , 2 ont été très agitées. Néanmoins cela n'entache pas notre séjour.

À éviter

Il fallait à tout prix payer en ligne les taxes de séjour en arrivant sinon pas de codes d'accès pour la chambre, le lien ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai alors demandé de payer en cash le lendemain tout en me disant que si je le faisais pas ils bloqueraient l'accès à la chambre. La salle de bain n'a pas de chauffage, c'est humide et ça pue, le frigo n'est pas très propre, et globalement il fait froid c'est mal isolé, la chaudière est toute petite, heureusement j'étais seul, le four n'a aucune fonction, c'est bizarre et le canapé du salon fait vraiment sale, c'est horrible.

Localisation parfaite , tous les transports à proximité c’est le point fort de appartement . Après il est vétuste au niveau de la douche ( moisissure ) , le lit est horriblement dur ( on a préféré dormir dans le canapé lit ) un peu mieux mais inconfortable quand meme ( on sent les barre en fer ) . Il y est mentionné balcon mais c’est une table dans le couloir. Je trouve le rapport qualité prix très élevé , la localisation est le point fort de cet appartement pas l’appartement en lui même . J’ai connu mieux à Barcelone pour le même prix .

Dårlig komford

Så ringe møblement, ingen sofabord kun en sofa. Dårligt køkkenudstyr kunne ikke lave kaffe kun vandkedler, ingen te skeer ingen skabe til tøj, kun lavsige hyldeknægte som sad skævt. Der stod at der var altan, der stod aircondition på den lille franske altan der fyldte det hele. Vindue til mørk og grim baggård. Beliggenhed var i centrum, dig var det en skummel gade st komme til om aftenen.

Meget beskidt inde i klædeskabet. Ikke nogen hylder til at pakke ud på badeværelset, eller kroge til håndklæder. Meget lidt varmt vand i bruseren, med nærmest ingen tryk på bruseren. Meget beskidt og faldefærdig sofa. MEN… Fantastisk beliggenhed, og rigtig god service hvor vi blev spurgt om alt var ok, og om vi manglede noget, og det vi manglede kom de straks med. Så vi kunne godt finde på at vælge stedet igen.

Ubicación ideal

Está muy bien ubicado, a sólo dos cuadras de la rambla que va a Colón y al puerto, aunque la calle donde está sí se ve algo peligrosa, pero en general Barcelona tiene áreas donde se ve medio inseguro, saliendo de la cuadra en qué se ubica todo lo demás se ve bastante tranquilo y seguro.

Una vacanza comoda e senza pretese

La struttura è comodissima, a due passi da Las Ramblas, a due minuti dalla metro. Tanti locali, supermercati, e ottimi ristoranti nella piazza vicina. L'appartamento in sè necessita di manutenzione: prese rotte, una camera con finestra che da sul pozzo luce con ascensore a vista era senza tenda quindi privacy zero, letti non proprio comodissimi, la viuzza sottostante lascia un pò a desiderare in termini di sicurezza... Tuttavia la mia valutazione è positiva.
