The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00. The hotel animator was loud and overdone. Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Choose local off site restaurants rather than the buffet.

The unit was the perfect size and we sat out on our porch to eat listening to the waves. Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back. He reviewed our map with us and made great suggestions that met our interests. Ste Anne and Ste Francois are close by and had many interests. Thank you so much.

What a great set up! 3 restaurants, 2 Bars, 2 Private Beaches, 2 Private pools! Awesome! The management team, went above and beyond for me! They didn’t have to do half of the stuff they did for me. Julian and Laurence, I can’t say enough. Thank you again, you make a solo traveler feel at home with not knowing any English. See you and the team soon. TY

what i ordered is not what was supplies -- calls to fix this issues were ignored -- no toilet paper -- no room service for bedding --has to be the worst place on earth -- this is so far from the site a full refund would be far to short - take the hotel off the site -- if you dont you should be removed from your job ....just awful ....no ...worse than awful
