“The location was good, the accommodation was sub standard- old, dirty, full of mould and in desperate need of a total renovation. The bathroom leaked so badly water was running into the bedroom. The TV didn’t work, the rusty fridge leaked and hadn’t been cleaned inside or out. The only real positive was the restaurant we visited. Benjamin offered a high standard of service and the food was very good. We would never go back and definitely not recommend staying there - it’s a health trap!”

The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make our time there feel special. Breakfast is great and a beautiful patio on the water - perfect way to start the day. Spa was also very nice. If you are staying in Novigrad this is absolutely the best place to stay!”
