The room was great as we were upgraded to a sea view room from a standard room so big thanks to the staff for that! Beautiful location too and great to have had a private beach - don’t forget your sea shoes if you struggle with pebbly beaches! The food and cleanliness of room could have been better. I found that during the stay the floors weren’t cleaned so could feel the dust on my feet quite a bit.

Ten nights with our family in August 2026. The setting is exceptional, no argument there, and it is the only thing that gave us no trouble. Fees that were never disclosed at booking were charged on arrival and presented as compulsory, which they were not. No proactivity afterwards: you have to chase the hotel yourself, several times, to get any answer. Technical problems at every level, in both rooms we stayed in: faulty room access, water cut off mid shower, damp and the smell that goes with it. Dining: limited variety and poor value for money for a property of this category. Some staff behaved unprofessionally, at reception and at the beach and pool bar. Other staff were perfectly correct, so the issue is not general, but it is real. We also noticed a sewage smell near the beach on several occasions, which raises questions about the drainage. A beautiful location run by an organisation that is not up to it. As a family, I would not recommend it as things stand.

Facility is beautiful. The nature around is stunning and the property itself is well situated to offer good beach experiences while maintaining a sense of exploration through different areas of the property. The rooms are beautiful, large, and decently clean. The sheets were dirty with a few minor stains, but generally speaking well maintained. The morning breakfast is good with great coffee but not the best array of options - though decent. The staff is great and all are friendly - they really attempt to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommend for the area!

Lovely view from room, and very clean hotel but it is like a beach club where non guests can pay to use facilities for the day, meaning it's crowded and hard to get sunbeds. Very loud music from the pool bar by our room until midnight.... music blaring all day... no need to have it so loud for so long.

Nice new hotel with private beach and pools. But..

We enjoyed spacious room and food (most of the time). But there are many problems that we had never ever experienced in a 4-star hotel. That made our stay worse than expected. The choice of food for the supper buffet was excellent, but the breakfast is not so good and is all the same every day (we chose HB, w/o dinner). There are really big hotel's private stone beach terraces and a small pebble beach, so we could always find free sun-loungers. However, the sea water near the beach was somewhat dirty. Hotel's two pools didn't help too much because they are small and have salty water with some additional pool chemicals. Room floor remained as dirty after room cleaning as before one. The air conditioner was placed so that we could not use it overnight because it was blowing so that we could catch cold. Opening balcony door slide was much better idea but there are mosquitoes. Surprise, there are no anti-mosquito door slides. In general, we've got an impression that the hotel's personnel was not trained to fix apparent problems before we complained to the reception. Some bigger problems could not be solved at all. WiFi signal level in our room was low and it was not fixed in two weeks (actually they didn't do anything at all), despite almost daily reminders. Next comes the entertainment. There is a really good live music every evening, but it lasts until midnight, with even louder noise until 11PM. Who would be able to sleep?

When I made my reservation I requested the deluxe double sea view room that looked very nice on the website. When I got to the hotel they gave me a totally different room that did not look like what I reserved and was not even sea view. The room was very small and dated, the AC was leaking and not cooling at all causing discomfort my whole stay. I did request another room but was told they were all booked. The resort amenities, on the other hand, were nice.

Nice hotel good location

We Had a great time ,great views of the oceans , food was good , pools were great , I highly would recommend to friends and family, hotel was accommodating , room was spacious I definitely would go there again . But definitely recommend the all-inclusive package it's worth it . Would've been better if the Hotel had a fitness center , and maybe some water activities
