The room was clean and spacious. Having a kitchen was great so we could prepare a lunch for our day of sightseeing, eat dinner in our room, and keep our food cold overnight. The breakfast was delicious each morning with a nice assortment of food, including gluten free muffins and bagels! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is there is not an elevator... not great for us seniors with heavy luggage!

I booked this hotel, because it had pool listed. Unpleasant surprise after we checked in to find out that pool has been closed for some years and not planning to reopen any time soon. The foundation sunk . I would like to get reimbursed because we had to stay in the room as there was nothing else to do. Also, this hotel doesn't have an elevator, it was ok with us to walk up the stairs, but maybe some other people with wheelchair, stroller or heavy luggage it would be hard. Breakfast was okeyish, they made it look like there was a lot, very spread out in dining area but very simple. Rooms very clean and bathroom was clean as well.
