The staff were helpful and the breakfast, water bottles and free ice cream were great. It was also nice to be away from the crowds of Bar Harbor and eat at less crowded sites. The bathroom especially needed attention, missing paint and scratches, but the shower was good and the towels very soft and absorbent.

The hotel was great. The staff were friendly. There was iced coffee in the lobby. It was obvious from the little touches that the manager really cared about the guest experience at their hotel. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Cookies on check in and soup in the afternoon. Also ice cream available at the front desk. Close to Acadia but far enough away from all the crowds. Hot breakfast every morning was a good start to the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit the area!
