Location was great for Acadia National Park. Breakfast is lacking, a lot of things are out of order or unavailable. Breakfast staff was seen disregarding proper food safety in regards to changing gloves after exiting the restroom and practicing hand hygiene before dealing with food items. After politely asking the staff to change their gloves, they argued with us and then confronted us once again while we were sitting at our table eating breakfast.

I was definitely skeptical of a motel style hotel as that isn't something I am used to. Besides some upgrades to the shower/tub that could be done (it looked like there was some tape in there. Not sure what that was about) the room was absolutely SPOTLESS. I'm one to always go in with a black light and clorox and when I tell you there wasn't a single hair or speck of dirt in that room? I was shocked. Even 5 star hotels i've stayed in have had some minor issues. 10/10 recommend this hotel. A 10 minute drive to town and such a good price.
