It was peaceful…attractive clean cozy room…helpful, super friendly staff..set off from the busy center of town, so it was nice to escape crowds after a busy day of walking, hiking, touring!

We felt like this was the perfect location for Acadia. 4 minutes from the Hulls Cove Visitor Center but in a quieter part of bar harbor. We loved the view and the pool.

The hotel was very nice and clean, however, it's called the Acadia Ocean View and you can't see or walk to the water from here. Completely misleading. I only stayed because I thought I would be able to walk and see the water.

The location is perfect for Acadia national park and for bar harbor. It is definitely on the older side but well maintained and very comfortable and beautiful view. I would stay there again.

Perfect place to watch the sunrise and beat the traffic that is trying to elsewhere. So close to trails and down town but set away enough to be very quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast was coffee, tea, the best muffins!, yogurt, real good granola, and yogurt. The pool was so clean! Parking was very easy. Minor things like little dust bunnies, curtains let a lot of light in, 1 night stand for two beds, and the electrical outlet in the bathroom wasn’t working. None the less, great area, price, quiet, and slept like a rock in the beds! Will be back for sure!

Makes a nice base for exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Room was recently refreshed with a coat of paint and nautical decals and new curtains. New floor treatment is nice with a rug in the center of the room. Bathroom got a refresh as well new fixtures and flooring. The continental breakfast was just adequate. Kind of a strange set up just off the lobby. 10 am checkout should be bumped to 11am. We did not utilize the pool but it seemed ok.

The rooms were very clean and so cutely decorated! We had a beautiful deck that overlooked the mountains and water! They served a light breakfast in the morning… Oatmeal, juices, apples, oranges coffee, blueberry, muffins, and yogurt. More than sufficient for my kids and me!

Perfect location, less than 2 miles from the visitor center. The staff is amazing, both friendly, and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed could have been a little softer but the pillows and bedding were on point. We booked a standard room, a little on the small side but we only used it to shower, sleep, and rest at the end of the night. Very tastefully updated and clean. Lots of storage, clean towels, toiletries, etc. They do try to go above and beyond in every way (there were chocolate mints, the air conditioner on, and lamps lit for our check in before we got into the room). The pool was clean and heated, nice way to unwind at the end of day, plenty of umbrellas, toys/floaties/chairs/tables, etc. The parking lot was well lit and clean. Breakfast was exactly what you need to start the day (oatmeal, yogurt, granola, fruit, muffins, coffee, tea, juice). Would stay there again and would definitely recommend.
