“The property was in a fairytale house in a magical location. All the little extra touches - such as bathrobes and slippers. daily complimentary water, chocolate etc - were truly the icing on the cake. The staff showed a real pride in working at the Castle and truly helped to set the atmosphere. Check-in and out were brilliant. The restaurant was superb with a jaw-dropping view of the Castle and sumptuous breakfast. If you think I seem enthusiastic it is because I am!”

“Nice big bed for a double room, easy to facilitate our night stay and we made use of the sauna and steam room. the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good compared to other hotel buffets ive had, it was very fresh even when eating a couple hours after open. The exterior made it seem a bit dingy but i thought the hotel was of a very decent standard and we enjoyed our stay!”

“Quality of the room was awful Room was a musty smell Temperature of hot water in the sink bathroom tap was ridiculously hot and the cold tap was shut off..... TV reception so poor was unable to watch The room needs updating / modernising Room needs attention ....Not enough electrical points or USB.... Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again .....better accomodation and requirements at other hotels for the price with no breakfast included... In actual fact i think the whole of the hotel and...

“The staff were friendly, advised of amenities available (which we didn’t use, due to time constraints). Were told about how to get in out of hours (10pm-7am). Room clean, spacious, no issues. Excellent value for money.”
