A little bit of magic in the Valle ✨️

Stayed here with dear friends to celebrate our birthdays and all 6 of us were blown away by the beauty of it All! Even though it rained the the entire time it never deterred us from enjoying everthing the valle has to offer. The staff here are so kind and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and delux and the entire grounds are spectacular! Highly recommend and we will all be back to enjoy it in the warmer months ahead! 😀

The property is nice but the concept is poorly executed. They recently opened so they are getting some leeway for that in my review, but the customer service experience and staff is average, considering this is by far one of the more expensive hotels in the Valle area. For example, I raised some of my concerns with the hotel directly following my stay, and someone from their team reached out to apologize and offer a weekend stay for free so that I could give them another try. However the coupon never arrived and after reaching back out to them to follow up they simply stopped responding. During the stay, some of the issues were: many hotels areas and room amenities were in maintenance and couldn’t be used, including the common pool area. The rooms were not serviced even after specifically asking for it. Breakfast could have been better considering price. We and other guests had to light the common area fireplace (and maintain it) because the staff couldn’t figure out how. And others.

Avoid it until they get some experience

This hotel is not ready to receive guests: its brand new and the staff has no idea how to provide good service. The villas are spectacular but they are far from the hotel, from the parking, from the pool so you need the cart service, which it may take 15-20minutes on average. Food is average at best, room service needed to call 3 times and it took 90 minutes. And to top it, no water on sunday morning when we needed to shower and check out…and btw, never an apology. Avoid it until they get some trained staff and figure out the transportation.
