Good chioce, would return

Nice hotel in quiet position but within walking distance to town and gondola. Large spacious rooms. Good selection for breakfast and dinner. Dinner includes local wines and beer.Lovely spa area. Very friendly and helpful reception man Salih. Thank you

One of the best hotels in Bansko!

We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One of the nights there was organised stand up comedy for the guests which was different and amusing.

Friendly staff, we arrived rather late, about 10pm. There were some issues with room - card did't work, no water in the toilet, but all was resolved immediately and with escuses. All over all - good location, tasty food, goodfacilities -an excellent option for family vacation :)
